I Want It Now!!!!
Do you ever get impatient? Sometimes, in our rush to do something or to acquire something we mess it up because we don’t wait until the best time. Isaiah 30:18 says, “Blessed are all who wait for him!” Prayer and guidance from God should be the key when making any decision.

2008 Inspirational Country Music Awards. I had an awesome time. I had the opportunity to go backstage and meet a host of people and do some interviews for the radio show. Phil Stacey from American Idol even spoke with Dottie on the phone. All she could do was giggle about it when I talked to her.

Lots of music today. A fun day of music, seminars, and meeting record people. The two guys in the photo with me make up the group “Branded”. They give out free CDs of their song “Heroes” to veterans.

Got Worries?
Times are tough. Are you worried? God in Philippians 4:6-7 tells us not to be anxious. Believers are to give all their requests to God and He in turn will give peace. Sounds simple enough. Why not practice it?

OOPS! I forgot my…..
Have you ever tried to do something without having everything you needed to do the job? Maybe you have tried to play a sport without all the equipment or study for a test without any notes. These tasks usually do not turn out so well.
It is the same with out Christian walk. In Ephesians 6:10-20, Paul tells us to “put on the whole armor of God.” We cannot effectively serve God part way, nor can we stand up against the world only partially protected. Seek God’s will and follow it completely, relying completely on His strength and protection.
